Our client, a full-service national law firm, is seeking a Private Client Solicitor/Associate with with 3-5 years PQE to join their Private Client team in Manchester who are recongised by Chambers & Partners and Legal 500.

The successful candidate will be involved with the following:
- estate planning, including the preparation of complex wills and lifetime trusts
- multi-generational estate planning
- tax-efficient business structures and wealth protection
- pre-sale planning
- estate administration
- deeds of variation
- lasting powers of attorney/ court of protection/ deputyship applications
- assistance with elderly parents and vulnerable dependants
- will disputes.
The team work regularly with ultra-high net worth and high net worth individuals, business owners and entrepreneurs, family businesses and corporate professionals on private wealth and family legal matters, providing the same high-quality service and insight as they would expect in their business lives.
Job Specific Skills and Competencies/Personal Qualities:
- 3-5 years PQE
- Experience in dealing with a range of private client matters
- Someone who is passionate about helping clients
- Excellent organisational skill
